EOS Mechanical is providing comprehensive mechanical contracting services for the ambitious Bally’s Chicago Casino Resort project, working alongside Chicago Community Builders Collective (CCBC) to deliver world-class hospitality infrastructure. The project features a striking 35-story glass and metal hotel tower designed by HKS Architects, positioned strategically along the Chicago River in the River West neighborhood.

Bally’s Chicago Casino Resort represents a transformative $1.7 billion integrated luxury resort development that will reinvigorate a former industrial site along the Chicago River. The comprehensive development includes a 160,000-square-foot casino with 4,000 gaming positions, a 500-key hotel tower, a 3,000-seat theater, six food and beverage venues, and a 15,000-square-foot food hall. The project extends the famed Chicago Riverwalk by approximately 2,000 feet and includes a public park, making it a significant addition to Chicago’s riverfront attractions.

The sleek hotel tower is designed to capture the shifting light and dynamic energy of the city, creating a beacon on the Chicago riverfront with panoramic views of the river and iconic Chicago skyline. EOS Mechanical Scope

EOS Mechanical is self-performing all aspects of the mechanical scope for the hotel tower, working in partnership with three other contractors to ensure seamless project delivery:
