Meet Our Team
Nirav Sapra
Founder & CEO - EOS Mechanical
Nirav founded EOS Mechanical in 2019 with a belief that mechanical construction works best when clarity, craftsmanship, and technology come together. What began at his dining room table has grown into a respected union HVAC contractor serving major institutional clients across Chicago.
An immigrant to the U.S. in the mid-1990s, Nirav developed the values that define his leadership today: humility, hard work, and gratitude for opportunity. He studied engineering at Purdue University, focusing on mechanical systems, and later served as a U.S. Marine Corps Corporal during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Those experiences shaped his disciplined approach to leadership, teamwork, and accountability.
Before launching EOS, Nirav spent more than a decade managing complex mechanical projects across federal, healthcare, and institutional sectors. That broad experience—and his passion for improving how construction is coordinated—laid the groundwork for the company's technology-enabled approach.
Outside of EOS, Nirav is a devoted husband and father of two boys, and an enthusiastic gardener of heirloom tomatoes and okra passed down through his family. His leadership today emphasizes respect, trust, and continuous improvement—values that continue to guide EOS as it grows.
